Day
Arrive at Frankfurt airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Frankfurt, the financial and commercial center of Germany, is marked by fascinating contrasts between the modern and the historical. Accommodation at the Hotel Maritim Frankfurt ****.
In the morning, transfer to the city of Heidelberg to visit its famous castle. Then stroll through the old city center. Heidelberg, the oldest university town in Germany, is one of the most visited places due to its idyllic location on the banks of the Neckar River. Then travel to Freiburg. The road leads along the Black Forest High Route that offers breathtaking scenery, such as Lake Mummel, where you will have a shortstop. Arrival in Freiburg and brief visit of the city. In the morning, you will visit a small, traditional farm where you will taste cheese and get a glimpse of real life in the Black Forest. Next, the journey continues to the small island of Lindau, located in Lake Constance, which offers spectacular views of the Alps. Then drive to Kempten. The day begins with Neuschwanstein Castle, built by Ludwig II, the famous "Mad King." At noon drive to Oberammergau, a village famous for its Passion play and handicrafts. In the afternoon visit of the Linderhof Palace, one of the three castles built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria and the only one where he lived the longest. In the afternoon, transfer to the Sihlquai to visit Zurich during a regular city tour. Get to know the past and present of Zurich through buildings, stories, and anecdotes. Travel by rack railway (Dolderbahn) to the residential area of the "Zürichberg," with its villas and parks. Return to the hotel on your own—accommodation at Hotel Krone Unterstrass ****.
Transfer to Sihlquai, a meeting point for the excursion to Interlaken, ideally located between two lakes (Lake Thun and Lake Brienz), known as the "Shopping Paradise" - with a very varied offer, from regional products to fine jewelry and watches. Accommodation in a three* hotel in Interlaken.
