Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Owner or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

18:00 Depart Rovos Rail Station, Pretoria. Guests may freshen up in their suites before joining fellow travellers in the lounge car or observation car at the rear of the train.Travel through Warmbaths(Bela-Bela) –so named for its mineral waters–and Nylstroom, christened by the Voortrekkers as the source of the Nile River as the town’s river happened to be north flowing. Pass the edge of the escarpment where the Highveld drops precipitously.
20:00 Dinner is served in the dining carsen route to Naboomspruit. Dress: Formal.

Please ensure the Train Manager or Administration Deputyis in possession of your passport.
07:00hs: Breakfast is served in the dining cars. The train crosses the Tropic of Capricorn on its way to Louis Trichardt.
13:00hs: Lunch is served in the dining cars—border formalities with South Africa.
16:30hs: Tea in the lounge and observation cars. On the way to Beitbridge, the train crosses the Limpopo River to cross the border and complete border formalities with South Africa.
And complete formalities with Zimbabwe. In Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories, the 'elephant boy' leaves his family for the 'great greenish-grey, greasy Limpopo River, full of fever trees, to find out what the Crocodile has for dinner.'
19:30hs: Dinner is served in the dining cars on the way to Gwanda. Formal attire
06:00hs: Breakfast is served in the restaurant cars until 09:00. The train travels through Baobab country and up to Bulawayo, Zimbabwe's second city, capital of Matabeleland and industrial capital.
12:00hs: Lunch is served in the restaurant cars.
13:30hs: Transfer (±45 min) to Matobo National Park to see bushman caves, rock art, and the tomb of Cecil John Rhodes.
18:00hs: Departure to Sawmills.
19:30hs: Dinner is served in the dining cars. Formal attire
07:00hs: Breakfast is served in the restaurant cars until 10:00. The train travels between Gwaai and Dete along one of the most extended stretches of the straight railway line (114 kilometers) and along the eastern edge of Hwange Park.
13:00hs: Lunch is served in the restaurant cars.
15:00hs: Enjoy a game drive in Hwange National Park, the largest wildlife area in the country at 1,462,000 hectares.
19:30hs: Dinner is served in the dining car en route to Thompson Junction—formal attire.
Please ensure that your luggage is ready for collection at 09:45 and that you have your passport.
07:00 Breakfast is served in the dining cars until 09:30.
10:00 Arrive at journey’s end at the incomparable Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
