ITINERARY
Day 1: CAIRO
Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel according to your chosen category. accommodation.
Day 2: CAIRO / VISIT TO THE PYRAMIDS (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Pyramids of Giza , where you can see the first wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the great pyramid of Cheops and the pyramids of Chephren and Menkaure , the Valley Temple and the Sphinx sculpted in the rock representing the head of the pharaoh and the body of a lion. Return to the hotel and overnight. Optionally in the afternoon you can visit the Necropolis of Saqqara and the City of Memphis, Capital of the Old Kingdom. Optionally In the evening, you can visit the Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza.
Day 3: CAIRO / FLIGHT / LUXOR (B-D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning with the possibility of an optional full-day visit to the city of Cairo; the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the Citadel of Saladin with its Alabaster Mosque of Muhammad Ali, the Coptic Quarter and the Market of Khan El-Khalili. At the indicated time transfer to Cairo Airport to board a domestic flight included to Luxor. Upon arrival transfer to the motorboat, and embark on the Nile cruise. Visit of the Karnak Temple or the Karnak temples which is considered the largest temple in Egypt with its ram avenue and its hall of 132 columns and the Luxor Temple built by Amenhotep III and Ramsis II with its famous sphinx avenue. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 4: LUXOR/ESNA/EDFU (B-L-D)
Full board on board. Visit to the Valley of the Kings (includes 03 of the most famous tombs) where you will find the tombs of the kings of the new kingdom when Thebes was the capital of Egypt, the temple of hastshepust, and the Colossi of Memnon. Navigation to Esna, passage of the lock Navigation to Edfu. Overnight on board in Edfu.
Day 5: EDFU /KOMOMBO / ASWAN (B - L - D)
Full board on board. Visit to the Temple of Horus, the best preserved temple where the best sanctuary with its Nauos of the god and the ceremonial boat. Navigation to Kom Ombo. Visit to the Temples of Sobek, the crocodile-headed god symbolizing the fertility of the Nile and Haroeris or the falcon god the elder. Sail to Aswan and overnight on board in Aswan.
Day 6: ASWAN (B-L-D)
Full board on board. Visit the High Dam considered to be the largest dam in the world at the time with a body of 3800 meters and 111 meters high, the Temple of Philae or the temple of the goddess ISIS built in Greek times and moved to Egelikia Island to save it from the waters of the Nile after making the dam and felucca ride around the islands of Aswan. Night on board in Aswan Possibility of optional excursion to the famous Abu Simbel Temples.
Day 7: ASWAN / FLIGHT / CAIRO (B)
Breakfast. Disembarkation of the cruise ship, at the scheduled time transfer to Aswan Airport to take domestic flight included to Cairo. After arrival transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 8: CAIRO / AIRPORT. (D)
Breakfast at the hotel. and at the indicated time transfer to the airport. End of services
