Departure from the costa del sol to embark for
tangier crossing the strait of gibraltar. arrival

After breakfast we will visit the city of tetuan,
“the white dove”. after the spanish reconquest,
in medieval times, tetuan served as the main
contact between morocco and andalusia, very
appreciable in its practically intact architecture.
we will visit places of interest such as
the moulay el mehdi square and the spanish
ensanche, the hassan ii square where the
royal palace is located. we will continue through
the luneta and the jewish quarter to finish in
its medina, a unesco world heritage site, until
we finish in bab okla. we continue the journey
to chaouen or chefchaouen, one of the most
beautiful towns in morocco. upon arrival we will
walk through its whitewashed streets, its corners
and history until we reach the outta el hammam
square, where we will have free time. this town
was founded in 1471 to protect itself from the invasion
of the portuguese, until moors and jews
settled. it was during the spanish protectorate
when the spanish army definitely occupied the
city until the north of morocco became independent
around 1958. arrival in tangier for dinner
and accommodation.
